Returns Process

At Blu-Frog, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and hassle-free as possible. Our goal is to ensure the only thing you pay for is the products you love.

 

 

What to Do if Something is Not Quite Right?

If your order does not meet your expectations, whether due to fit or overall satisfaction, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the return of the products, including the associated return shipping costs to Blu-Frog.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will promptly process a full credit or exchange based on your request. To ensure smooth processing, we kindly request that all items be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.


Missing or Damaged Items?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or your order is missing something, please contact our Customer Services team at 01268 293930 or sales@blu-frog.com. We will resolve the issue promptly and arrange for any necessary replacements to be sent out.


How to Return Your Item

  1. Have your delivery note and details of the items you wish to return ready.

  2. Contact Customer Services on 01268 293930 or email sales@blu-frog.com to receive a returns number.

  3. Please return your items and be sure to include the return number in your package.

  4. Once we receive the items and confirm they are in their original condition, we will either dispatch a replacement or process a refund.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of the returned items being received.

  • Goods returned must be in resaleable condition with the original packaging, free from damage, writing, or labels.
